Megan Fox In A Tiny Pink BikiniAs we reported earlier today, Megan Fox is trying to distract the infidel masses from the release of Transformers 3 by whoring out her body for attention. Well now Megan has kicked it up a notch by appearing in a tiny pink bikini. |
Miroslaw Swietek Photographs Slumbering Insects Covered in DewI’m not that great at macro photography, but of the ones I have taken with my aging Canon G6, I’m very keen on this one – the gold beetle. Amateur photographer Miroslaw Swietek is anything but amateur when it comes to snapping close-up shots. Between the wee hours of 3am and 4am, Miroslaw takes a trip to the forest near his village of Jaroszow, Poland, and photographs slumbering insects covered in the early morning dew. Whilst the insects are in a state of torpor, which is insect’s equivalent of sleep, he using a torch to seek them out and then sets up his camera and flash right next to them. The results are nothing less than spectacular. |
Ashley Tisdale In Her Miniscule Short ShortsI happen to really love a woman in short shorts and Ashely Tisdale seems to know that and is constantly using it to get my attention. Here she is walking down an escalator the other day in some of the smallest shorts I’ve ever seen outside of a strip club. My boxer shorts are bigger than this and I buy them small to make me feel like I’m packing a more impressive weapon. Why is she carrying such a giant key chain? That’s what you’re massive stripper bag is for. I hate this look. Luckily the shorts are working for me. Enjoy. |
Abandoned Skyscraper - Fifty Level Abandoned BuildingBangkok, Thailand. Just fourteen years ago, the Sathorn Unique skyscraper was being built, destined to become one of the city’s fanciest residential addresses. Now, it is an abandoned building. Never completed, it remains as yet another “ghost tower” of Bangkok. A tangle of trees and vines are beginning to take over the lighter parts of this monolith, such as the four storey archways and romanesque feature columns. Amazingly, this building is located in the central area of one of the worlds largest cities. These towers were built during the mid nineties, when the Thai economy was booming. In 1997, the Asian Financial Crisis changed all that. Developers stricken with debt were unable to finish many projects. |

Baddest Bossest HossesConsidering he’s built over 200 cars for the movie industry (and wrecked a bunch of them, deliberately of course), you could say Eddie knows not to look a gift horse in the mouth – unless it’s a Boss Hoss with twin blowers and a nitrous oxide system bolted on top of an already chomping-at-the bits Chevy V-8, the package good for 1,700 horsepower. “I figure it can go 300 mph, but I haven’t really nailed it yet,” says Eddie of El Segundo, CA, from his 35,000 sq. ft. design and fabrication facility. |
EDWARD The Vehicle of the FutureIf there was a competition for coolest transportation device for the future, the diwheel would be at the top of the list with hover cars and teleportation. Over the past 3 years students at Adelaide University have been working on an Electric Diwheel With Active Rotation Damping or EDWARD. EDWARD is an entirely electric diwheel, the operator is strapped into the bucket seat between the two large wheels with a 5 point harness and can control the machine with a gaming joystick. Full dynamic stability and slosh control allow the operator to maneuver the vehicle at up to 40km/hr, inversion control even allows you to drive upside down (if you are that way inclined). The next question is just where can we get one? Check out the video after the break for a demonstration of EDWARD in action. |

Brown Sugar Bacon WafflesThis is a Father’s Day breakfast recipe that doesn’t need much of a lead in, because you’re not going to need much convincing. The premise is simple and the appeal is obvious. They are waffles with bacon in them. And they are served with maple syrup. If you think your father, husband, boyfriend, or whoever doesn’t want these, you are fooling yourself. Fooling yourself big time. The execution is pretty simple. It’s really not any more difficult than making waffles and bacon, and yet it’s so very special. |
