CELEBRITIES & MODELS PHOTOGRAPHY & EYE CANDY

What A Waste

I don't care about animal rights, gay rights, people in Egypt, or people in Haiti. Mostly because I'm not an animal, gay, Egyptian, or Haitian. I only involve myself with things that concern me. And Amber Heard being a lesbian concerns me very much. She had the decency not to show up and ruin the premiere of Nicolas Cage's new hairpiece vehicle, Drive Angry, with some other lesbian.

Weaver Ants Show Their Teamwork Skills

When you are building a new home sometimes you need some help. A little teamwork goes a long way and these green tree ants (or weaver ants) from Australia could teach us a thing or two about that. Their own task may, to begin with, seem almost impossible but with some supreme acrobatic skills anything, it seems, is possible. The ants climb on top of each other to form a kind of any pyramid or bridge to reach from one small twig or branch to another. This collaboration has to be seen to be believed. First they survey potential leaves by pulling at them with their mandibles.

Michelle Hunziker Flaunts the MILFtastic Bikini Body in the Boot

Oh, dear god, it's my Swiss Miss MILFtastic Michelle Hunziker, co-hostess with the most hotness on Germany's monster TV game show, Wetten, dass..? and she's on a bikini beach holiday in Italy. I'll take Michelle Hunziker in a purple bikini, I'l take Michelle Hunkizer out of a purple bikini. I'll take her on a train or on a plane or in the park or in the dark. I do so like Michelle Hunzkier. But, right now, I mostly just want her to be my MILFy mom and make everything feel much better. Enjoy.

Cameramail

I got the idea to send a camera through the mail from Kyle Van Horn (and he got it from P22) and decided to try it myself! The first camera traveled from Cape Cod, Massachusetts to Honolulu, Hawaii, collecting a total of seven pictures on its way. I couldn't have hoped for a better set of photos! The Postal Service sure does move fast. I ended up trying three more cameramail packages to Washington, to Japan, and to Masschusetts (all three when I was living in Hawaii) but never heard back.

PLANES, TRAINS & AUTOMOBILES TECHNOLOGY & OTHER NEAT STUFF

Bugatti Veyron Grand Sport LOr Blanc

With the partnership between Bugatti and the Königliche Porzellan-Manufatur Berlin (KPM) the renowned manufacturer emphasizes the ability in creating pieces of automotive art. The "L'Or Blanc" celebrates its world premiere with an exclusive unveiling ceremony on June 30, 2011 at the KPM workshops in Berlin. This unique version of a Bugatti Veyron Grand Sport is the world's first motor car to wear the finest porcelain on its body, as well as in its cabin. It captivates with an abstract exterior design. The security officer nods, the door opens. Amidst pure white walls bright spotlights illuminate a Bugatti Grand Sport that is placed in the center of the spacious room. We have entered the hidden world of the Bugatti Design Studio. The team around Bugatti's Head of Design Achim Anscheidt works in a quiet and focused atmosphere as they walk around their latest object of desire.

Bin Laden Killing Team May Have Used Night Vision Contact Lenses

Night Vision Goggles technology has advanced quickly over the last decade. Right now, the most advanced setups are panoramic models that use four 16mm image intensifying tubes, which provide with a 100º horizontal by 40º vertical field of view. They are made by the same company that makes the F-35 demon helmet as well as other manufacturers. These helmets are still limited, however, especially for special operation teams. While they are better than your standard NVGs, they are quite bulky and heavier and still don't provide with the natural field of view that would be ideal for field operations. These rumored night vision contacts, however, are almost sci-fi material. People have been speculating about this technology for almost a decade, so perhaps they exist in some hidden Area 51 lab. If anyone has access to these, that would be the SEALs from Team 6.

Hidden Tech That Makes Modern Driving Better

Read sales brochures for new cars and you'll quickly reach tech overload. The level of gadgetry packed into vehicles these days is stunning, if not overwhelming. From lithium-ion batteries to voice-activated navigation to HDMI video inputs, the specs on many modern automobiles can read more like high-end electronics than anything you might commute in. Some of the stuff is really cool and gets a lot of attention, like gee-whiz infotainment systems and the nannies that keep you from wandering into another lane or running down some hapless pedestrian. But cars are loaded with subtler technologies that quietly go about their jobs without drawing attention. In fact, there's a good chance that you don't even know your car's got some of this hidden tech giving you more power, better fuel economy or a more comfortable slog through your commute.

Ant Workers Carry Over Friends To Help Forage For Food

A common species of stinging ant has a simple way to handle food items that are too large for one ant to carry alone. It brings in a fellow worker to help. When worker Pachycondyla chinensis ants find very cumbersome snacks, they return to their nest and literally grab another ant in their jaws, carry it over and drop it next to the food. Researchers described this novel foraging strategy in the journal Naturwissenschaften. The ants were of particular interest to the North Carolina State University team because they are an invasive species, first introduced to North America from Asia in the 1930s.
