Here she is at yet another Transformers 3 premiere, how many of these stupid things do we need, showing off the hotness. I guess if I had a movie with this hottie in it, I’d have a dozen or so premieres too if she promised to show up each time. Too hot.

Dogs in Motion – Shake by Carli Davidson

“Shake” is a small and cute series of dog shots shaking off water. It’s incredible the strange and funny pet expressions that you can capture with high speed photography. This was a work by Carli Davidson. “Carli Davidson is a nationally recognized fine art pet photographer currently working out of Portland Oregon. She has a background in both commercial and documentary photography, as well as over 7 years experience as an animal trainer and caretaker. During the Cold War CIA and U.S. Air Force pilots risked life and limb to spy on the Soviet Union. Today, we too can peer behind the former Iron Curtain, all from the comfort of our personal computers. Intriguingly, such virtual exploration has revealed abandoned military bases in the far reaches of Russia that – even today – house the rusting remnants of the feared Soviet bomber force. Littered with at least 18 gutted Tupolev Tu-22M Backfires of the 444th Heavy Bomber Regiment, Vozdvizhenka air base resembles a post-apocalyptic landscape. Entering this barren place, located near Ussuriysk in the Primorsky Krai region of Far East Russia, 60 miles north of Vladivostok and 40 miles from the Chinese border, is like taking a step back in time.

Aston Martin Unveils DBS Carbon Models

Aston Martin's presence at the Frankfurt Motor Show is rather limited, but one of the models taking center stage is a new addition to the DBS family. It's called the DBS Carbon Edition, and it's a continuation of the Carbon Black that was introduced in 2009. Now, however, you have a few more options with regards to the exterior color of your spy mobile. The Aston Martin DBS was available in all colors... literally all of them, meaning you could only get it in black. This time around your choices have expanded, and Aston Martin is offering the new DBS Carbon Edition in Flame Orange or Ceramic Grey. The original black variety is included as well.

AFRL tests Speed Agile Transport VBehicle Concept at NFAC

Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL) researchers have embarked upon a critical set of experiments designed to test a new Short Take Off and Landing (STOL) transport vehicle concept. During this set of experiments, a 23-percent scale model is being tested in the Arnold Engineering and Development Center's (AEDC) National Full Scale Aerodynamics Complex (NFAC), the world's largest wind tunnel. This testing will validate the low speed aerodynamic performance of the hybrid powered lift system. Powered testing at this scale with Williams FJ-44 engines achieves realistic conditions and allows researchers to obtain crucial data on lateral directional stability, ground effects, aircraft performance, engine performance, and engine operability.

Energy costs, efficiency and lightweight design are in the spotlight at the 64th Frankfurt International Motor Show. Opel is staking a strong claim for the center of attention with an all-new battery-powered electric vehicle. The Opel RAK e Concept opens a new chapter in electric mobility and extends Opel's pioneering role in alternative propulsion systems. The radical RAK e is defined by minimal energy costs, 100 kilometers for one euro, one third of the weight of a modern small car, and a maximum speed of 120 km/h.
